We loved the Best Western NEAR the Wharf. It's about a 3 block walk to the Wharf but it is right around the corner from the trolley line. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly! Near Walgreens and everything else you can think of. Would definately stay again when we return. Wish they would have had queen beds, did not like the double beds. Only negative was the bathrooms, they smelled "musty".

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Very close to the Wharf and walking to the main attractions. Grocery across the street for convenience of picking up needed essentials. First night there it was freezing cold and we walked one block to get a nice buy on a jacket. Even tho it was a tourist mecca, the prices weren't so bad. The adjoinging restaurant was better than anything on the Wharf. GREAT food and excellent staff. If you are going to the Wharf, this is the by far the best. Next trip I will prob. stay at North Beach, just for a change, not due to Hotel. Tuscan Inn was frantastic. Rooms were so pleasant and attractive and very clean.

Hotel lived up to my expectations in all aspects, except for the view. I didn't ask for a room change so I can't really complain. Parking was expensive, but the valets were quick and my van didn't suffer any scratches, nor were the seats or mirrors changed. The hotels is close to the Wharf, Starbucks (2), Safeway, Denny's, shopping, entertainment, etc. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Water pressure was good, towels were nice, pillows and bed were comfy enough, and the room was clean. Will stay here again, boy howdy.

I liked this hotel very much. Very comfortable room, fixtures and furnishings seem new and cheerful. Good strong internet wi-fi in room. And location, location, location! If you are looking for Fisherman's Wharf, this is it! The big drawback, however, is the parking. Horribly horribly expensive. Almost half what the room itself cost. All parking in this area is prohibitively expensive, so I should not have been surprised. But to fellow travelers, just be warned, budget accordingly.

Great location. Within walking distance of the wharf , many resturants, and activities. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were extremely clean, a little small but we did not spend much time there. Would definitely stay there again.
