This is one of our favorite hotels in San Francisco. It is located 2 blocks from Pier 39 in the Fisherman's Wharf area and across the street from a Safeway. It doesn't have pool, spa and gym but this is rare in San Francisco Hotels anyway. The location and staff are more important.

The hotel is very close to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. It is also next to a supermarket and bank, which makes it very convenient. The lobby is nice and the room is very clean. One major negative on this hotel is the $50 charge on overnight parking. This is very steep. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast. I've never been to a Best Western without an included breakfast. My family and I arrived at 2 am, very late. The check-out time is 12 noon, which means our car is only in their lot for 10 hours. Still, they won't pro-rate their overnight charge. Unfortunately, street parking was not a choice since the city maintenance sweeps those streets at 7 am.

Hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free Wine tasting was a nice treat. Beds were a little hard for my taste but still comfortable. Rooms were just as showed on the website. Parking is $50.00 which seems like a lot to me but at least your car is well taken care of. I would stay here again!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. What I really liked was how clean it was everywhere we went throughout the hotel. The bed was a little hard for me but still comfortable. They have a free wine tasting by the fireplace which was a nice treat. My only real complaint is the parking it too expensive. $44.00 plus a parking tax on top of that. When you pay for your room it should be included. They also have a nice restaurant and the food was very good. Great location for Fisherman's Wharf. I would stay there again!!!
