The room was excellent. Only complaint was they were applying fresh cement and getting out of room was difficult and had to jump the railing out back of our room to leave and enter for one day! Pools were cold and hot tub broken for 2 days but got to use the last two days! Was disappointed it wasn't working when we arrived from the long 15 car drive we did to get there! Worth the money we paid over all!

The staff at the hotel were very courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was quite good and there was plenty. It was more like a buffet. The room was nice and the view of the ocean was very nice. The indoor pools were clean and comfortable. The tiki bar was open outside even though it was about 40 degrees. The cost of the room compared to other hotels in the area was exceptional. Overall I had a very nice stay.

Slected room with two Queen beds and kitchen. upon arrival was upgraded to a suite, bedroom,sitting room kitchen and bath on seventh floor great view of the ocean. Lost hot water for half day Saturday it came back hotter than ever. The Manager had a free HOT WATER PARTY that night from 7-10 pm. All in all a great three nights. Frank

08/08/2012Internet was very slow and the doors on the hotel rooms are very heavy and noisy but overall a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel, staff helpful and was there right away if you asked for something. Pool area kept very clean. No major problems were encountered. Recommendations include: pool needs to be bigger, serve a different breakfast every day instead of the same things every day. Also, could not get the Internet while staying here. My family and I had an enjoyable stay here for a week and we would recommend this hotel!
