Our CON during our experience at Hyatt Place was that we asked for joining rooms. I called 3 times prior to arriving to be sure the rooms would be joining and all 3 times were confirmed. When we arrived they told us that our joining rooms were no longer available. They apologized and left a fruit plate with an apology note in our room. Our PRO was that the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was great and we were within walking distance from restaurants and activities. The rooms were very clean and everything was very comfortable. Our room had a living room area with a fridge and a sink. GREAT OVERALL!!!

We ordered room service one night and you have to go to the lobby to get it. They don't deliver to the room. Also, a few hotel guests were towed away while we were here. Senor Frogs is next door and when their lot gets full, their patrons park at the Hyatt. So, some hotel guests who couldn't find spots at the Hyatt were told they could park next door at another establishment only to find the next morning they had been towed. We were lucky to find spots and one night, one of the managers actually moved his car so we could park there.

great location, close to: good restaurants, shopping, Universal Studios, Seaworld, etc . very clean, staff very nice and helpful! very good deal! My youngest son wanted a glass of milk late at night, the front desk staff kindly gave him his milk without extra charge.
