Pleased with the hotel - have stayed here 3 times. Most recent stay i had issue with heat. Problem couldn't be fixed and they didn't offer any options. I persisted and eventually I was satisfied with the way it was handled. If they had just done this at the start instead of making it a hassle, it would have been a more pleasant transaction. Since they eventually took care of the problem, I would stay here again.

Although this hotel is in a noisy, busy area, the moment you step inside is peaceful. The staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone desiring a peaceful nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Simply said, outstanding.

The location of this hotel put's all of the attractions we wanted to see in Boston within easy walking distance. The staff was very helpful and the hotel clean. Prices are a bit high but what would you expect. A great city for a long weekend get away.
