We arrived from Japan for a week long conference. The staff helped to secure additional suites for family members to join us on the weekend. Both the rooms and the staff were great! Even though much of the city shut down due to the historic snow storm, dedicated staff stayed in the area in order to serve the needs of the hotel guests (i.e. housekeeping and restaurant staff). We used a flight/hotel package for the first time and felt that it was less expensive than flight only in the past! Great bargain - great vacation! The beautiful historic hotel is conveniently located in the shopping district with lots of restaurants are nearby.

The hotel was a very nice modern hotel. It went along perfectly for the whole Chicago experience. We were a little surprised by the size of the room. It was a bit smaller then what we were expecting but then again we weren't there to hang out in the room. Everything seemed pretty new and updated. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we had such a wonderful experience there in Chicago.

We found this Hotel to be clean, quiet, with a friendly helpful staff. Very well located with easy access to bus and train. The room was small, but certainly large enough for our needs. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying on business or vacation in Chicago.

02/08/2011The tv was small. the room windows didn't look out on much--just a wall and a fire escape. the room was cozy and very comfortable overall though.
