It was fairly cheap and they upgraded us to a "one bedroom" suite, which was very nice. if i'm ever in phoenix again, i would definitely stay here.

Beautiful place, However the Hot tub was colder than the pool water. We were rudly awaken at 6:30am on a Sunday morning by the slamming of doors. The maid attempted to enter our room at 9:15am and check out is not until 11am. Management did nothing to compenstate or even acknowledge our concerns

Stayed there a week in mid August. No complaints about the resort at all. It was as advertised. Rented a bi-level dbl queen suite and was very pleased with the layout, size, comfort, etc.,. I booked this trip to AZ from WI about 60 days in advance, combine that with the summer discounts in Phoenix, and it was really affordable for a family of 5. I did much research before selecting this site. Thought it may be the best option for resorts offering separate, stand alone 'apartments/suites'...enjoyed over 1,100 SQ feet of living space! The place did fill up on Fri and Sat...quite a bit. The first 3+ days we had the pools mostly to ourselves....but the crowd was not a bad thing. We planned some other things those days and cut down our pool time a bit. It was still a good atmosphere and the kids really enjoyed themselves. I thought the prices at the restaurants were on the high side, but then again you could walk to all of them and not have to travel, so maybe worth it. We only ate at the pool side one. Also used the fitness room. Nice. Everyone was very nice, place was well maintained from everything we saw, and it was a very nice place to stay. The resort is very large and is a neighborhood in itself, but laid out well and pretty walkable. I would not think twice about staying again...
