We stayed here for one night in February. My daughter had a good time during the short time we were there. We would definatly come back when the weather is a bit warmer and we could spend some more time enjoying all the ammenities.

The Pointe proved to be a good choice for a family reunion. The rain did not stop us or the hotel staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Front desk staff were accommodating and knowledgeable Restaurants had innovative selections and well made food. Good wait staff as well. My only critic is that the lemon cake I ordered from Hole in The Wall restaurant for my family birthday celebration was not lemon. It was pretty but alas no lemon. And what could I do? As they bring the cake out with candles I can't very well complain. But I paid a premium for the cake and I should have gotten what I asked for. Otherwise my family's experience at The Pointe was top notch.

We are biased because my grandfather lives almost across the street and it's so easy for us. We travel with a young child and the regular rooms are great for us. The separate living room with a pull-out sofa is perfect. We find that the resort package is great. It included use of the water resort and the fitness center among other things. The staff at the pool were terrific. We were there on a quiet day and they happily opened up the water slide for us to use as long as we wanted. The dinner outside was lovely and they had some delicious, healthy food choices. The coffee shop is wonderful for morning coffee even though there's coffee in the rooms. There is a small fridge which is wonderful for us because we are on East Coast time. In the past we used the kids' clubhouse to check out books and toys. All in all, I always look forward to our stay here. It's clean and lovely. One time our son was sick in the middle of the night. Room service came in a flash and quickly cleaned up the mess and had us all back in bed in no time. Amazing!

We had a great time. Our boys loved the pool, lazy river and mini-golf. They have a lot for families with kids. Our room was nice and clean. It would have been great to have a microwave and free wi-fi. Our room was very quiet, but it was on the top floor and a corner room with only one neighboring room. We went for our Spring Break and could have just stayed at the resort 24/7, although we did go do many other things. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Nice family oriented hotel with huge pool play area! Went in early March but was still nice enough to spend one day laying by the pool. It's a little bit of a maze trying to get around but all in all it was a great time.
