The staff was very helpful and friendly. The concierge, Tim was the best. It was our first time to Chicago and he gave us step by step directions. He suggested Eggys for breakfast and it was delicious. The rooms were nice and the bed and pillows were comfy. I would stay here again!!!

Great hotel, great location. Within walking distance to a lot of great sites in Chicago (even in some cold March weather). Flight showed up early in the morning and the hotel was very accommodating with holding our bags until a room opened up when we called ahead. Upon arriving we did not need to wait at all and were able to check into the room early, allowing plenty of time to get ready and go out in Chicago. Will be staying here again next time in Chicago!
