Waikiki Parc Delivered!

Currently on our last night here at Waikiki Parc Hotel and have to say this hotel has hit the mark on every level. From the hotel atmosphere, cleanliness, concierge, room service, front desk, room with a view, parking, etc., they have exceeded our expectations by a long shot. Checked in on Aug 29 and will be leaving on Sep 3. From the moment of our check-in, the service here has been incredible. My girlfriend and I both agree that everyone here has been friendly, helpful and courteous. Todd, the young gentleman who works the Concierge Desk was top notch and deserves any raise and/or promotion coming to him. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were impeccable. Todd helped us book our rental car, excursions, luau, dinners and he did it with a smile and was more than helpful. Location-wise, this is an excellent location right smack in the heart of the shopping district and accessible to just about everything we needed. Perhaps the only two things to note at Waikiki Parc Hotel is that the pool is on the 8th floor. Even though we didn't really use it, the one time we did the bar was closed. Also, the delicious free coffee in the Concierge area is great but they shut it down too early. Other than this, Waikiki Parc Hotel is definitely a place we recommend and we we would certainly stay here again during our next visit. Keep up the good work WPH!

This hotel made me feel unwelcome
07/14/2012The hotel room was small for a party of four. some front desk people were snobby and rude. the pool was only 3 feet deep. however the maids were friendly.

07/07/2012We had the time of our lives and the hotel staff at waikiki parc were more than just helpful..... they were courteous, polite, extremely swift in addressing any concerns, problems ...
We had the time of our lives and the hotel staff at Waikiki Parc were more than just helpful..... they were courteous, polite, extremely swift in addressing any concerns, problems etc. The wine social was a big hit, and of course, we were willing participants. Can't remember when we were treated so great! We would absolutely stay at this hotel again, without any hesitation.
