Waikiki dream
06/30/2012The hotel offered a free stand up paddle boarding class with a free t-shirt. it was so much fun! very close to stores and great food. great location.

The only bad thing I could say about the room was the size and noise. Everything else exceeded my expectations. The room was a bit cramped, but not for two honeymooners who were out and about in Waikiki for most of the day. The noise though... wow it was bad. There were times I walked in and thought the windows or sliding door were open. I am a bit of a light sleeper, but every morning at about 4:30 the birds would wake me up, then at about 5:30 the traffic and trucks would wake me up again. I would just bring a pair of earplugs and you should be fine. It was cozy, very attractive, and we had a great ocean view (we did pay extra-worth it)

This was a nice hotel in the shadow of the Sheraton and the Royal Hawaiian. Not on the water but as close as you can be. No frills, good restaurant, bellmen were great as was the entire staff. Good value for the price, one block or less to Waikiki. We had an ocean view, was very comfortable. Con: flooring in bath is tile, grout looks sketchy, so if you have issues with that stuff, pass this one. We do not and had a very nice vacation. No wifi, could not use iPad

Make sure that you go to the welcome breakfast, we found out so much information through this. We did an excursion every day after finding out what was offered locally. We had the premium occean room and it was perfect. When we make it back I will stay here again.
