I found it unusual that only two double beds instead of two queen beds were provided in the suites, and these were simply too narrow to be comfortable. Also, when even budget chains now provide free wireless access, I found it reflected poorly that only pay-per-use wireless access was available. This gave me the impression that the hotel was not interested in providing the service but simply viewed it as a revenue option.

I love this hotel but the morning mgr. was stinky! The rooms where very comfortable, clean and well kept. The shower kept filling up and would not drain. It was a feeling of being unsanitary. Be careful on charge mix ups when you check out. They had another persons bill on mine. It became an uncomfortable issue. YOU CAN NOT SELF PARK and the valet parking is an UNREASONABLY price of $29.95 nightly. This is the first time I have had any complaints on an Embassy Suites..... boo!
