The room was small, but so appealingly furnished it didn't seem to matter. The valet parking was excellent. The free WiFi was excellent. The location was excellent. Small points, but the remote was nonfunctional and the bed lacked fitted sheets resulting in twisted chaos in the morning.

The staff was friendly and the room was about what you would expect for the price. Some of the wallpaper was torn or peeling on the walls in the room, but nothing too bad. It was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bath drain would not close (maybe it wasn't supposed to?). The view was excellent and the location was the best. It was walking distance to Grant Park, Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, and Lakeshore. The wifi signal was really weak and either took ages or just wouldn't load internet pages... it was free though.
