The staff from the get go was awesome. Even though we arrived early , we were quickly assigned to our rooms. If we had a request it was honored without question. The gentleman at the coffee bar was awesome and the staff always seemed happy which is a good indication that they pretty much like their job! The grounds and the rooms were nice too. Our only recommendation is that the outside of the buildings could use a little updating. The location is fantastic as you can get to just about anywhere in a matter of minutes. The pool areas are very nice and so are the outside fire pits. It was a very relaxing trip!!!!

  • Loved it, want to go back

  • Kind of over priced for an average quality hotel.

The rooms and the hotel were of average quality; nothing special. The TV system only gets local channels unless you want to pay for premium channels. The Wi-Fi was $15/day and didn't work very well. The parking was $10/day. The food in the Barefoot Cafe was ok, but rather expensive. There were several problems with the room (no shower curtain, leaky and nosy heater/AC, bathroom door that didn't close, etc.) After a week they were able to fix some of the problems.

  • The staff made me feel welcomed.
