My first problem with this place was when I arrived to find that my agreed room rate now had an additional 40% of fees tacked on. The next major problem was the included breakfast which had only powdered eggs and oatmeal in the hot food section. Yes you could have bacon or sausage if you wanted to pay extra. I've stayed in much nicer places for half the price, and those places didn't tack on extra fees.

Breakfast each morning was a plus. The pool right above the beach was convenient. The pool was good and the pool staff was very accomodating. Front desk was slow. Room overall was good but there were signs of age like duct tape on the windows to keep out the wind. My husband complains about bed comfort everywhere he goes but he seemed to be comfortable here. The location was OK. We could take a bus from right in front of the resort to almost anywhere we needed to. For the price we paid, I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

The room was not clean. Curtains had mold, appliances had rust, tub was peeling, sink stopped up, balcony door hard to open & the carpet was outdated. There were ants & gnats that came frim who knows where. Other guests had dogs & you could smell them thru the vents. The Continental Breakfast never had a meat, but lots of bread... only 1 toaster worked & the prices were ridiculous to order off the menu. $17.95 for pancakes & eggs. The drive to downtown was long, not 15 minutes. The maid did not change our sheets as requested & walked in on my wife. They didn't mop the bathroom or vacuum or refresh the carpet. I never noticed any sanitizer in the building either. 18.00 per day for parking is absurd when their was a 15-30 minute wait for the car EACH time we called for it. I will not recommend this, visit here again & I hope my complaint goes noticed. They even charged $10 per person per day for towels for the pool... I wonder what the resort fee is for. They add gratuity to EVERY service, even the poolside grill. Truly a disappoint in a great city. The picture is misleading.

we had two rooms and both were dirty. we called down to have someone come and reclean. they sent her up and she was very rude. she said it wasnt dirty it needed paint. there was hair in the sheets and all over the bathroom, toilet ,sink and shower. she was so rude we were going to leave but the manager gave us another room.
