The room was very nice; clean and brightly lit. However, the work out facility was not available until fairly late in the morning and the restaurant menu was somewhat limited. I did enjoy the internet access in the lobby.

I stayed at the Sheraton for 6 nights. I found the hotel to not be clean. The staff did not accommodate requests. My TV remote did not work. I asked that it be looked at twice and nothing changed over 7 days. Every day my things were moved around like someone was looking through them. The bathroom was not restocked for my 6 night stay. The internet is advertised as available in your room yet there is a daily charge. This is supposed to be a business hotel. After much research I did find that there was wireless and computer access in the lobby for no charge. The staff did not tell me about this service. I had called the front desk and asked about the internet service and was not told about the lobby. I needed a late check out on a Thursday and was told that I could not. I had to pack my items and keep them with me for two extra hours. I wrote an email to the contact page of the hotel and was offered a one night stay if I were to return to the area. I would not recommend this hotel.
