A friend and I stayed here one night while in NY. It is definitely an older building, and they are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms. The room we stayed in was nice, but you could tell it was an older room. The bed was really comfortable, and we slept easily. It's a little off the beaten path, but it's worth staying here unless you feel like paying $400 a night somewhere else.

This was a clean hotel and the staff was very nice, but it was a long walk to Times Square and Broadway to see shows. We ended up taking taxi cabs because the walk was so long, and it ended up costing us more money than we saved in the long run.

Great place to stay! Definitely fits the Hilton brand. Good location for the sights. A little far from nearest subway station (Grand Central Terminal) but good exercise. Room was very spacious compared to some I've stayed in NYC. Overall great for the price and type of quick one day trip!
