It was only 'ok', for as many good things as I'd heard about this hotel, I was exceedingly disappointed. There was candy and pills on the floors from previous visitor, the radio/alarm-clock combo didn't work and when we finally got it exchanged out it hardly was in any condition to be used either. The pool was closed at random intervals during the stay and there was no reasoning available. My favorite part was the resort fee. I called to confirm prices 6 separate times as I booked in January, I had been told it would be 22$ for the ENTIRE resort fee, I had SPECIFICALLY inquired to ensure that was the weekly price, not the daily price, Kristin (one of the desk agents) had confirmed it twice the week before I came. However, when I get there they try to charge me 30$ A NIGHT and gave me attitude when I was astounded at the upped price. I continued to get a full price run-around and eventually just paid the fee. I was not feeling like a valued customer. I understand that it was a booked hotel, but I had booked in January and called half a dozen times to make sure I was financially set for everything hotel/flight related. Between the shoddy room (Thankfully it was a VERY nice, fluffy, comfy bed or I would have gave back to Bally's/Paris and paid the higher prices for better service). Even the staff by the pool were rather rude and snippy. We got yelled at for sitting at a table that only served food, we had no idea and there was nothing indicating food only, but nonetheless the waitress got on her high horses. I spent more time over at Mirage when I had down time because they had a kinder disposition then anyone I met at Treasure Island. Sure, there were perks for the fees, but half the resort coupon perks were only valid weekdays, the internet was sketchy (telling you that you were going to pay 14.99$ for it [I had to call to the desk to check I wasn't getting charged] when you tried to use it) and it was NEVER quiet. People were screaming, slapping on the door, and being a general nuisance AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. I have stayed in Vegas many times, and generally stay in any of the Harrah's hotels, but I have never had full grown adults acting like baboons for 4 days and nights straight. I also was disappointed that a self-ran tram from T.I. to mirage was not open past 1am, even on the weekends. This was a giant inconvenience, as well as the VERY random times it would be down for service with no signage near the escalators or in the halls, just directly at the tram. This place was such a major let down. Even the pool made me sad. It was exceedingly small, and there was no FREE shade. This is the only hotel I've been to that didn't have an area that had a section that allowed us to be outside but not in the blaring 107 degree heat. Disappointments were felt all the way around by myself and my friends with whom I shared my time with at TI. I don’t think I’ll be going back or giving a glowing recommendation about TI to anyone anytime soon.

This was my 5th trip to Vegas, I have stayed at various places along the stip, but TI was the most accomedating of all, check in was a breeze, as well as check-out. The staff was courteous and helpful in all aspects of the Hotel/Casino. The rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks TI for a wonderful expierience. I highly recommend.

There are lots of hotels in Vegas. If you want to feel important to the Hotel that you chose them, skip the TI. The room was standard, with garbage left in the room. On our third day we were still finding garbage left from prior tenants. They offered some specials, club card, etc at check in with no further instructions or encouragement on how to set it all up. They didn't mention any of the clubs or bars or shows at the Hotel. If this had been my first trip, I'd have been in the dark. Not a likely return visitor.

I had the best birthday ever! If we were married I would have called our trip our honeymoon. I hope everyone can experience a week as perfect as this. We had such a good time we are already planning our next stay in Vegas for my boyfriend’s birthday.

The hotel was great my only issue is that the resort fee per night was and extra $25. So if you get a bargain its really not that great of a bargain because of the extra $25 per night. Overall the rooms were fantastic and the beds were awesome. I wish my room window was clean so I could have seen the pirate show from it.
