- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

I stayed at the MGM during a business stay July 21st - 24th . I had stayed here 4 yrs ago and had a good experience but that was not the case this time. I was first placed in a room on the 10th floor. I walked in and did my usual bed bug check. When I pulled up the side of the comforter, I saw a blood stain on the carpet and the bedding. I called the desk and was told they could not move me, the hotel was full. I found a maid in the hall and showed her gross stains and she then told me she was aware of it and thought someone had been told to clean it up. She showed no interest in helping me get new bedding or shampoo the carpet. My employer called the front desk and was finally able to convince them to move me to a new room. The new room wasn't too much better. It was on the 20th floor and was a smoking floor. I don't smoke. The room stank like smoke and had cig burns all through it. I don't believe I will stay here again.

The site on line said we would have32inch tv and two free breakfasts and a bottle of liquor which the hotel knew nothing about.i paid extra for a deluxe room and if that room was a deluxe,i didnt want to see standatd.i mentioned this at check out but the lady dudnt seem concerned.our room was way at the end of hallway.i was using a cane,you would think they have put us near elevator.also other rooms were getting free bottled water,but we didnt even get what we were promised.

Food Poisoning & Bad Service

I went to Las Vegas for my long planned wedding. After check-in, upon entering the room, we could see that they did not clean the room. There were potato chips on the floor, towels in the shower and the bed wasn't made... among other things. It took them about one hour to relocate us, to the room beside us. My fiancé was late catching the limo for his bachelor party. They gave us a $50 gift card good for drinks, which could only buy about 4 drinks at any bar at the MGM. The night before the wedding, my friend and fiancé got food poisoning from the buffet. The lady that my friend spoke with accused her of lying; telling her that she must have drank too much the night before, which she didn't drink at all. They were both sick for the day of our wedding. When we were checking out, no-one even asked how the stay was, and we would have told them how poor of service we received. I thought that Vegas is all about customer service. Won't be staying there again...

This hotel was very clean in fact all day you can see people cleaning the place. Plenty of everything like a small city in there. Located in the middle of all the action. Only complaint I would have is the resort fee afterwards, we never used any of the services that they charged for.
