Important Hotel Information
- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

I celebrated my 21st birthday here! and while the hotel does nothing for your birthday, they do have packages which my family was able to purchase for me. The dealers were very willing to teach me all the secrets to the gambling world, and the hotel itself and everything I could need inside of it! loved my stay!

The customer service was awesome- all friendly staff and dealers. Any questions were answered and problems solved. Room service was pricey- per person rates for pizza?!? Never heard of it, but thats Vegas. Also, this was my first time at the MGM and it was very crowded compared to other Hotels at Vegas I stayed at- always a line for the front desk, concierge, elevator, cashier, etc. Had a great time though. Always love the lions :)

Arrived at room in the west wing and found it to be very muggy. Set thermostat to low, and fan to high. Went on about my day, and returned to my room around midnight. The room was still hot & muggy. I called guest services, and spoke to Myra. I was told that maintenance would be up in a few minutes. 45 minutes later, no one had been up. I called Myra, and asked to speak to a manager. She informed me that she was the manager, and the highest ranking supervisor in the hotel at that hour. She also informed me that maintenance was in the middle of changing shifts, and she didn't know when they would be available, but they had been dispatched. It seemed she could care less about my issues, and that she had more important things to do. After an hour and 15 minutes, (and still no maintenance visit) I attempted to call Myra back. She was at lunch. I walked down to the hotel lobby, and spoke to a man by the name of Phil. Phil was very apologetic about my experience. He even upgraded me to a celebrity suite for my inconvenience. After that, my experience with MGM was fantastic.
