Important Hotel Information

  • Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
  • Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
  • Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.

    Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013.
  • Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

    The staff at the MGM made us feel like VIP's . We never felt more welcome in Las Vegas like we felt at this hotel. We have stayed in Vegas for many years but never had the chance to stay with the MGM group. Thanks folks for the nice room and the welcome matt.

    Our room was very clean. it lacked many of the amenities that one would normally expect for a Las Vegas hotel. We booked the room online, taking the best value on a four star resort. Our room did not have a coffee maker! Very bad. There was also no refrigerator. The room was small, but comfortable. All in all, we expected a little more than we got.

    I received as a gift from my parents for my honeymoon a stay at the MGM. Everything had been pre-paid for including the taxes. The only thing I was supposed to get charged for was the internet fee of $25 dayli + tax = $28 daily. When doing the check I give my credit for the internet charge and any other charge I would do at the hotel. BUT NO, the next day I was charge $692 for the deposit of my stay, made me waste to hours of my vacation to fix the problem. It was handled and you would think nothing else will happen. BUT the next day they charge once again $852.00 to my card for the remaining of my stay, this time they did not handle it like the first time, 5 days later I am still waiting for the hold from the bank to go away, still have no money. Also for their mistakes they gave us $75.00 for a meal, which when we went to pay at the restaurant it did not show and had to pay fully for. For this mistake they say they will refund $140.00 to my account. It still does not show on my bank account. Needless to say It was very upsetting, it was my honeymoon and the were messing with our spending budget. And we are still dealing with them regarding this issue. The room was dusty and from all the other hotels we visited the casino had a very strong smell.

    After we check in we found out we could not breath in the room with all the somke. We changed rooms and after that it was great. Bell transportation lets us down we had too realy look for them, On our return to the airport we had to get a cab cause they never picked us up after we wated for and hour and we had called the day before to make reservations.My wife and I want to go back in June or July.
