Bally's is centrally located in the heart of the Strip. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The decor is good. The amenities in the hotel are also good, and I like the spa, which was very affordable. The room costs are low in comparison to others on the strip and is quite worth taking a room.

This hotel was a rip off. While the room itself was pleasant in dated decor and furnishings there were plenty of disappointments. The parking is a long walk from the check in and hotel room. I could not get any hot water in my room. When the hotel sent maintenance to my room I was told the hot water has to run for about ten minutes to travel the distance to my room. Totally unacceptable and environmentally wasteful. To use the fitness center I would be required to pay 23 per day extra and 15 per day for internet service. Very unpleasant experience.
