We stayed in the south tower. It was an older room but was real clean. came in and cleaned every day. When we checked in it was before checkin time, but they gave us a room. The check in line was long, but they had plenty of help so it didn't take long. We had a problem with our safe and they came right up and fixed it. We stayed here twice before and will stay here again. The location was PERFECT. The staff was friendly and would help if you needed something. Did't have to wait long for an elevator. The room and bathroom are really a decent size.

Lobster dinner for my birthday was the great! Room was an upgrade and was very nice. Breakfast was one of the worst and most expensive we've ever had. Won't do that again. Would stay there again because the value was great on the rooms and the location is great. Weather was bad and decided to stay one more night and went to the Eastside Cannery. Great hotel! Just not on the strip.

We have been going to Vegas once or twice a year for many years and Ballys is the best hotel we stayed in yet other than Bellagio however I could not tell if the bedspread had just been changed or not at Bellagio You could tell the bedspread had been just changed at Ballys which really impressed me and the room was the biggest cleanest room I have ever stayed at in Vegas and we have travelled alot
