Overall we were happy at first. Room was clean and nice looking for price range. Only problem, most rooms surrounded the parking lot. 2:00 people returning to rooms, there was a fight, lots of yelling which made it hard to sleep. Good thing was front desk woman apologied and let us check out at 2 instead of 12. Also, they had a shuttle which took us to the cruise ship for free.

I was trying to save money on my trip so I decided to stay here, but for a few dollars more I could have stayed at a nicer hotel. What really disappointed me was the parking situation. I almost got into a car accident trying to find their underground parking lot. For what I paid, I expected a lot more, but I would have been better off staying at a cheap motel. I did like the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to everything.

Clean, quiet, but free Internet was not working AT ALL except in office. While the on-site parking was limited, more parking was available in an underground lot. We were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews, but there was almost nothing else with a vacancy that weekend. It is a great location for anyone doing business downtown. As my husband has had numerous spinal surgeries, bed comfort is important, and this one passed.

Good location in downtown San Diego close to many things but BEWARE of extra overnight parking charges of $16/night. I stayed for a week and would have liked to have been informed in advance of Travel Package to plan for this as well. Even though they have their own parking for customers, it is not nearly enough for weekend bookings & customers are required to park underground around the corner somewhere. I never did find that parking lot!

when I bought the package of hotel nights, I did in that hotel for the price, location and free parking, on arrival I was informed that was to pay 16 dollars a day for parking, that's not what I planned. For everything else was good, location, attention and service. thanks
