If you are looking for a clean, neat, and inexpensive stay this is the place. It may be a smaller older hotel, but it is not a dump or a roach motel. I had clean linen and towels everyday which was nice! The front desk provided 5 star service, they were great. Location is Perfect! MGM is right across the street. Also, there is a family restaurant in the parking lot called CoCo's. 24/7 homecook meals, breakfast and dinner for around $10. I was more impressed my stay than disappointed.

After searching for hotels for months before our visit, we finally decided on this hotel because (a) they are very close to Las Vegas Blvd, (b) they have a pool and spa, (c) the rate was excellent and they don't charge those additional fees like other hotels that are on Las Vegas Blvd, (d) it's super close to UNLV and the airport, and (e) we knew we wouldn't be in the hotel much, anyway, because we were in VEGAS! The hotel is only used for sleeping and bathing while you're there. We were delighted to see a Coco's Restaurant directly in front of the hotel that had a $5 breakfast special and that a major hotel/casino is right next door. This place was even cheaper than the Motel 6 on East Tropicana, which was right next door. If I stay in a hotel there again, I would definitely consider returning to this hotel.
