Rooms were extremely clean, just a bit on the small size though. Very nice television with a large screen. Staff was very helpful in anything we needed or any questions answered. Staff was very friendly above most others. Bathrooms were very roomy and nice, lots of hot water and towels. The food was excellent, one of the best smorsaborg ever, the food was always hot and ready and plentiful, waitresses was very friendly and always kept your beverage full. Has a very nice casino with lots of room and machines. The beds were very nice and had excellent mattresses on them with nice bed covering and excellent sheets, air conditioner work extremely good and room also had lots of lighting. Extremely nice place to stay and very reasonable on their rates. Hotel also offers shuttle service on the hour to the downtown strip area.

We stayed in a courtyard, non-smoking room for 3 nights. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were broken cigarettes in the dresser drawers. There were used towels, beer bottles, and empty chip bags under the beds. I cut my foot on a beer bottle top that was right next to the bed. The bathroom was decent. The housekeeping staff was standing outside cusotmer rooms shrieking with laughter--the poor people with "Do Not Disturb" signs on the doors had to come out and ask them to move; they walked 10 feet and continued the behavior. The hotel's buffet was ok, but very little fresh fruit. The casino was ok. The Cafe and Irish Pub were both quite nice.
We've heard that the Tower rooms are nicer, but this was just awful.

Went with two other women, one of which got our room comped. Room was okay, but no safe in the room. Also while playing Keno, the waiitress came by and dropped her money. I leaned over to pick it up for her and she spilled hot coffee all over me. She never offered a tee shirt or an apology. Good thing I was staying there or I would have had to purchase a new shirt. Also bartender very rude, never smiled, poor service, all while we just kept feeding the machine. Spent LOTS of money only to have the host tell us she couldn't comp us the $29 room service bill for coffee and bagels. Will never stay there again.

My only complaint was that my friend I went with always won on the slots (seriously) and I always lost! The room had to be one of the crappiest rooms they had available...courtyard...1 big window with a beautiful view of a brick wall...and very close to the casino; however, IT WAS STILL GOOD (I didnt go to Vegas to hibernate in a hotel room anyways!)! I did get to see the Tower rooms and they ARE BEAUTIFUL! The room was clean and the maids were ON IT! The food was great and the staff was also wonderful! The best part: that sweet old man driving the AIR CONDITIONED SHUTTLE with no vagriants and no whiplash upon exiting!! This hotel is not on the strip-but who cares??? Its not that far away either! FREE shuttle back and forth and this hotel has everything you'd need anyways!! I was able to see a security guard fall off his bike in the parking lot...FREE ENTERTAINMENT...what more could you ask for??! I got a wake-up call...ON TIME! My friend and I were able to get drunk in the bar (rare occasion for us) and make it back to our room safe...security made their presence known and we felt very safe. I just wish they would send me some discounts in the mail for when I stay again!! LOL! This is a Great hotel and not too many people over-crowding the place!

I went to Las Vegas for business during a convention ag this hotels was one of the cheapeast near the strip and now I know why. The people at the front desk weren't very courteous. They were not very helpful. I had someone fax some document to me to the hotel and they tild me they will notify me when they receive it and never did. The First time I only got the cover letter out of 3 sheeets, the second time I only got 2, the third time I got it sent they said they didn't receive it and I got upset so they looked for it again and found it, not only the one just sent but the misssing sheets from the previous 2 faxes. They never apologoze and I still thanked them and they didn't say anything. My room was in the ciurtyars it was a long walk from the casino. The only courteous people were the cleaning ladies. The rooms were clean but very outdated.
