This hotel is a lot further from the strip than you think. You can't walk unless you want to try your luck crossing the freeway! The customer service was aweful and rude!! If you don't stay in the main building guess what no elevator!! You carry your own luggage. Shuttle service STINKS!

We booked our package online and in the ad it stated that shuttle/fitness center was free. When we got to the hotel we were told that there would be an additional $4.95 per day fee for these services. We demanded our money back as well as requested management and the staff basically gave us a one name manager and handed us the business card and told us that it wouldn't do us any good. Extremely poor customer service. I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else EVER!
