This hotel is a little off the strip,but with free shuttle service it isn't so bad. The casino is large,wish it had more quarter slots,but other then that the cocktail waitress are friendly and fast. The rooms are nice and big, roomservice was good and they also have a late check out opption which came in handy."

I relunctantly stayed at this hotel because it was the one that my friend ended up booking. I had heard some not so impressive things about the hotel in the past so I wasn't too excited about staying there. But, after my weekend there staying the Courtyard, I must say that it really isn't all that bad of a hotel. It's location is not the most convenient as it is off the strip, but the room was clean, and it appeared that the bathroom had just been re-modeled. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, and parking was adequate.

I was quite shocked when I checked in and was told that there was no elevator to my second floor courtyard room. I had quite a heavy rolling suitcase but luckily a business associate carried it up the stairs for me. We got to our rooms and they were quite dingy and hot since the air conditioning had not been turned on. The price of the rooms were right since we only stayed there for a few hours prior to catching our flight. Wouldn't want to stay there for several days.

This was our second and last stay at this hotel. We had to be moved from our courtyard room on the first level because we found two bugs crawling in the bathroom. The desk clerk was very indignant when she had to replace our room key. I have been in the airline industry for 20 years and traveled extensively in and out of the United States and NEVER had this experience. It is hard to believe this property holds a 3-star rating.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Palace Station. Their was nothing elaborate there, however, the hotel offered everything a normal person would need. The Tower Room we stayed in was clean and neat. The hotel staff was friendly. There were good restaurants in the hotel, especially the buffet. The only thing I felt that could be improved was that the pools were too far from the Tower Rooms. Otherwise our stay there was Wonderful!
