Although the hotel and staff were great; i feel like there was not enough for the money. The room size was small, and eerything was really over-priced. I will say however, it was a beautiful view, and the staff was excellent. It waas my first time in Boston, and i enjoyed the location o the hotel because it was in the heart o it all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem getting to the hotel and they helped me navigate my way around town with great directions and when I arrived the front desk people were very kind and made me feel at home. The hotel is in a great spot in the city and the room had everything I needed.

Rooms are a bit on the small side, but everything is comfortable and the lobby is impressive. We liked the cocktail bar as well as the restaurant, wished that the wireless and parking didn't cost so much extra.

The hotel was clean and our room was ready when we arrived at 2 p.m. The location is perfect for shopping, eat, running. You can get to almost anywhere in 20 minutes either walking or on the subway. This is my second time at this hotel and I would stay again.

The hotel built in 1927 was historical and nostalgic yet had a modern feel. The staff was friendly and courteous. There were numerous restaurants on the ground level. The room was comfortable. We were close to public transportation and within walking distance of many historic places in Boston. We would definitely stay there again.
