Our room was filthy, the furniture was sparse, old, broken and dented, and there were marks on the walls. There were no covers or valance for the bed s- just sheets. Our view was of the airconditioning vent outside and there was noise all night. The staff were unresponsive to our requests for alternative accomodations. It was all very disappointing since it was my elderly mother's last visit to the US from Australia and visiting Las Vegas was on her 'bucket list'.

We've stayed at a number of hotels on the strip, most of the big names. Ceasers is centrally located, has great rooms, restaurants and good gaming. The shops are awesome. Would definitely stay again!

The only negative was check in was slow. They seemed to be short of staff on the registration desk when we checked in. The size of the place is overwhelming. The tower we stayed in was the furthest from the exit and each night we became lost trying to find our way to our elevators. More signage to various sections would help. We plan to stay there next time we are in Las Vegas.

The hotel and staff was great, don't expect anything free. No perks at all without a fee. No coffee, crackers, peanuts, lobby/room internet access, phone call, I mean everything had a fee. Granted you are prepared for that, all else was great.
