I stayed at this Hotel based on the high number of stars listed. They lived up to the high stars listed too! Mr.Gustavo gave me royalty treatment. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me by my name! That really impressed me! I had room service that was a feast for my eyes! I stayed 3 days for a work conference. They made me feel very welcomed! I enjoyed all of the decor. The breakfast was delicious! My bed was so comfortable too! It's like stepping back to an era of whimsical elegance. I'd defiantly recommend it & would stay there again if given a choice.

Our stay in New Orleans was amazing. The hotel staff was as friendly as could be and extremely helpful. They suggested excellent restaurants, helped provide us with transportation and shared many stories of the great city of New Orleans. No doubt this will be the hotel we continue to stay in while in the Big Easy!!

This is a very nice place, close to most everything so you can walk everywhere. The food is very good and everyone goes out of their way to help you, we go here 2 to 3 time a year. The biggest problem I have here is paying $50 a day to park your car

Stayed for a weekend with my spouse. We got a room with a queen bed. The bed was nice, room very clean. Just claustrophobic for my taste. Also, walls very thin, so when the tv went on at 2 am for whatever reason, it sounded like it was our tv. 10 minute walk over to Canal for some shopping. Staff very friendly!!

The Le Pavillon is a wonderful hotel. The consierge service went above and beyond for us- making suggestions & reservations. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The location is perfect: Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the noise of the Quarter. The roof top pool & hot tub were amazing! We would definitely stay there again & recommend it to others.
