If you can get one of their weekend deals, this Doubletree can't be beat. Extremely comfortable beds. Great location. Lively lobby. Sound-proof enough to keep your neighbors from annoying you. Very pleasant staff. I'd live here if I could.

Desk employees not always friendly. I'm hhonnor member, but this hotel is the worst among all the Hilton, inclusive Double Tree hotels, hotels we've stayed (in the US and Europe). The room was very clean.

I selected this hotel from the description provided during a search. It mentioned sleep comfort beds. Having stayed at a Hilton before, I assumed this meant the beds you can select the softness or hardness you want. My mistake. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I had ever slept in. When I inquired about a softer bed, room service brought me a duvet to place on top of the mattress when the bed was changed the next morning. I came back to the room that evening, and the duvet was still on the dresser, never placed on the bed. If having a coffee maker, refrigerator and internet connection is important for your stay, do not select the hotel. I cut my business tip short just to get out of the hotel. On the plus side, it is very close to a Metro station, and the room was quiet and clean. When asking a staff member for assistance, I would recieve the attitude of "why are you bothering me". They would be helpful, but the "New York" attitude needs to change.

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton from Dec 26-29 and had an awesome time. We were pleased with the hotel, cleanliness, the staff and location. And to boot, they gave us warm oatmeal choc chip cookies everyday and they were amazing! It was a package deal flight and hotel and overall it was a pretty good deal for the time of year.
