The service we received at the Grand Hyatt was second to none. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Very convenient location, we walked to many nice restaurants and Lennox Square. Will definately stay at the Grand Hyatt next time we are in Atlanta.

I loved everything about this hotel, the loaction, door staff, front desk staff, the wonderful Cassis Lounge staff; even the engineer. We were locked out of our room and the fridge did not work; the customer service was so great it didn't matter, they took care of us in a timely manner and was really sorry for the inconvenience. I am definitely a fan and will definitely be a return visitor

This hotel was amazing and was near everything needed for a great visit to the city of Atlanta. Shopping, eating, nightlife, etc were all within walking distance of the hotel. Not to mention the bed was amazing and all of the staff were very helpful and willing to tend to me and my husbands every need.

Parking was very expensive. Self-parking cost 20 dollars a day. No off street parking available. However, great shops and resturants within walking distance. My favorite was AMC Theater-which is a resturant/movie theater combo. It was awesome. Internest was not free and breakfast was not included. My room smelled stuffy. Great views. Nice pool. Staff printed out directions for me and Lenox Mall was down the street....Overall I give the experience an 7 out of 10. I would go back to this hotel again.
