  Staff friendly, room clean. However, the hand held shower head broke off when I attempted to use it - as a result I was unable to take a shower - this was not acceptable.

  Very convenient to airport and rental cars. I was on the 12th floor and able to hear airplane noise - it was not like it interrupted sleep, but was the first thing I noticed upon awakening. Parking was about $30 / day and had to go underground 4 - 6 levels - a little disconcerting at first

  To sum it up, most of the issues lie with the age of the hotel. The elevators did not work, the doors were thin, and the decor poor. Additionally, the site says 1/4 mile from the airport, and I suspect it is a bit further. We also had to wait more than 30 minutes for shuttle pick-up from the airport.
