I will just start with the valet parking, not enough staff to park your car. You could not call from your room to have your car ready. We were instructed to come to the cashier and show you rticket before they would get your car. That took 15-20 minutes. There was only one person working at the front desk when we checked in around 9:40pm, so I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. You must use a room key to go up and down, but folks just got on the elavator and waited for you to use your key, then they would push a floor, Hmmm are they guest or not. We could not use our cellphones on the 62nd floor. We had to go to the lobby to make calls or use the room phone. We all know how much they charge you for that. We found other folks clothes on the floor in back of the love seat in our room. I guess house keeping missed that one. The bathrooms and room are very small. This hotel is so over rated and over priced. Ritz Carlton be seeing you on the next trip to Atlanta.......

I travel for business quite often and my employer booked us here. Looking at these reviews I really thought of staying somewhere else. The good - Very friendly staff, I was provided a suite as they were trying to get our business. this is the best suite I have ever had even at the top 5 star hotels. Furniture is awesome, floor to ceiling windows. Common areas are awesome, they really are catering to our conference. The ok - not enough front desk staff, breakfast at $* buffet is overpriced, need to upgrade to flat panel tvs.

Was disappointed in front desk staff's lack of customer service. They continued in personal conversations while customers waited in line. Room furniture was dated and walls needed painting. Have had better beds and free internet hook-up at Holiday Inn Express. I''l stay at a different hotel on my next trip to Atlanta.

This hotel is a mess. They told us they'd suffered a tornado some years ago that caused many windows to blow out. They are still replacing windows. The carpet in the room was filthy. The furniture was warped. We were given a second room that was equally poor. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in. I highly recommend the Georgian Terrace. Excellent service, excellent rooms. But, by all means, stay away from the Westin Peachtree Plaza.
