Unfortunately, this hotel was under construction at the time we stayed there. The restaurant at the top of the dome was closed and we couldn't experience it as we thought. Each morning we heard a lot of noise outside of our window, which turned out to be people going up and down to clean the windows, with equipment I suspect. Anyway, the windows were all clouded up and we didn't get a good view of Atlanta. My wife says she never wants to stay there again. Well you asked. Other than the aforementioned it was ok. The service was mediocre.

Loved the quality, location, and rooms at this hotel. The view was beautiful. The service here put the cherry on top of everything. From valet, security, to the bartender made my experience lovely. To top it off Christian, the front desk rep, officially made my stay incredible. He will be the reason why I'll be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Atlanta. I'm hoping he's still working there. Great service definitely makes a difference wherever you go. Their service did not disappoint.

I had never stayed at a Westin hotel before, and wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and professional across the board. The hotel was clean and always comfortable. My only recommendation to the rooms would be that there isn't an outlet that's functionably close to the bed for my phone or laptop. The headboard to the bed is a perfect location for that. Otherwise it was a great stay!! Definitely will be back!
