  This was my third stay at this hotel. We arrived well into the night but were greeted cordially and promptly. The desk clerk, wo had just removed the usual coffee from the lobby, took the time to retrieve two cupfuls for us even offering decaf or regular. A lifesaver after a very long day. The room was pleasant and clean with the added amenities of a frig and microwave. The room was quite large for this type of hotel with a nice arrangement of furniture. On my last nite there, I had some 30 odd Christmas gifts to wrap and had forgotten to get scissors. In a panic I called the front desk to see if they had a pair I could borrow. The clerk apologetically told me that yes they did and I was welcome to use them BUT I could not take them from the lobby area. So...I loaded up and off I went. We spent the evening wrapping gifts in the lobby. Just like home. A great experience

  The staff were friendly - I've never been checked into a hotel so quickly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location is convenient to the freeway and right next to the Crabtree Mall.

  Room was broken into and two lap tops were stolen. the hotel did nothing to replace the stolen computers. i received a letter and two phone calls from the home ...

  Room was broken into and two lap tops were stolen. The hotel did nothing to replace the stolen computers. I received a letter and two phone calls from the home office to explain that they would take no action to make up for the loss. There was no security on duty. The police came and a report was filed. I would never stay there again.

  The calk around the tub looked nasty. They didn't give me my wake up call as requested so I was running 20 minutes late to the airport. The staff was friendly enough but I probably wouldn't stay again.
