Never having stayed in a casino resort before I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Great location, easy to find from airport, great parking and floorplan. A couple of good resturants. Staff was helpful, chambermaid very kind - gave me extra coffee! Good view, (12th floor) and decent room. Only complaint with room was poor lighting in bathroom - only one light and all seamed dim. And while the casino was accessable from all points of entry, it wasn't 'in-you-face' offensive. Would recommend to others and return to same myself.

I stayed there on the 18th of Jan for my birthday. I brought my family along to play in the midway which they enjoyed. We pre-set our room temperature to 75 degree's when we first arrived due to it being cold outside. We were gone for almost 6 hours before returning to the room just to find it never went over 62 degree's. I had 2 rooms and both did the same. It was too cold for anyone to sleep and my 2yr old daughter couldnt sleep all night. I spoke to a hotel employee who said they didnt have anyone to check on it. Upon check out, I spoke with the front desk and tried to explain the problem but she kept rushing me saying over and over "here is your receipt sir, here is your receipt." I will bring my kids to the midway area again but I will never stay in the hotel again.
