  The only flaw in this location was the dining room services. The food was late and cold with a lengthly delivery time. A roach was crawling on my plate and the waiter apologized and stated he would inform the manager, but she never visited the table to address the issue.

  We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Hyatt Coral Gables very much. The pool was particularly clean and warm. The room was clean and bright but could have been a little larger. The staff was helpful and courteous. We would definitely use this hotel again.

  The Hotel is beautiful!! We stayed one night, although we checked in early we did not get to our room until very late. We had been busy in Miami all day and made it to our room about midnight. (We have 3 small children so this is late for us). The room smelled very musty/moldy, but we were so tired that we did not have the energy at that time to complain. I would stay here again but would check my room out before leaving to enjoy the city. You have to pay for parking in their structure under the hotel. (didn't care for that either)
