We were able to walk to many features we were interested in. The service from entry to exit was top notch. The staff helpful when asked and available otherwise. Your hotel was exceptional in every way but one in my experience. I found after paying in excess of a thousand for our stay, to have to pay just to store our luggage for two hours left me walking out the door the last time irritated. The amount seemed excessive but again only in addition to the amount I had just paid for our stay.

  • Great location but only adequate hotel.

The location is great -- right in midtown and walking distance from the Theatre District, MOMA, Times Sq, Rock Center, Central Park, etc. Superconvenient without being in the heart of the craziness that is Times Sq. But the hotel itself is just adequate. Our room was a bit tired, it didn't have a minibar or coffee, and the beds were soft. the hotel's wifi was terrible which I just find annoying in this day and age, especially when you are paying a surcharge for the service.

  • Good location, clean, standard prices

We, a family of four, stayed at this hotel for three nights in the summer of 2012. The location is excellent as the hotels is blocks away from Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center. The nearly subway station means that many NYC attractions are minutes away. In addition, the hotel has its own parking garage.b We paid a few dollars extra to be on the "Executive" floors. This turned out to be worthwhile because (1) the rooms were sufficiently large for four people (two beds), wifi was included, as was a continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and well kept, as were the common areas. The continental breakfast was nothing special (pastries, juices, fruit, coffee), but it was definitely cheaper than a restaurant. It's a big, busy hotel and the lines at the front desk can be long, but that's the only negative thing we found. The rates are high, but fairly standard for Manhattan hotels. We were satisfied with our stay and would probably stay there again under similar circumstances.

  • The Hotel is really pretty and looks upscale but nothing really extra or special

Easy check in, I found the room average with 2 small full beds, they said they were queen size but I know for sure they were full size. He said the room was recently renovated and I have to tell you it looked very clean. lots of wall outlets available to charge your devices. Not much in the way of freebees or extras and no breakfast, I had to go searching for my newspaper, It wasn't by my door like most hotels. This hotel is very close to bars and shops and restaurants but no breakfast is a big deal so next time, I will make sure to book a hotel with breakfast. Also Parking here is 57$ per night.

  • Too many teenagers staying here!

Guess they had some Italian teen groups touring NYC. The front desk said there were 1200 kids there. The kids ran the hallways, stuffed the elevators and ran rampant all over the place. No adult supervision for these kids and the hotel didn't seem receptive to putting us in another room. Our room refrigerator was bolted shut so we couldn't keep our leftovers.
