The breakfast was go with good choices, the frig and microwave in the room where welcome and coffee in the room a nice extra. Plus coffee always available in lobby. The only negative was the swimming pool water was alittle dirty. I think my grandson got a rash from it. Plus I was able to use computer and printer in the lobby to print boarding passes.

08/24/2012Nice staff, loved that we had a balcony. rooms are very clean and quiet. free breakfast and free internet are a plus and very nice pool.

Room was not clean, stains on the carpets, our room was next to mechanical closet (noisy), no cold water faucet in the room. Management was very rude and dismissive to our problems. Defiantly would NOT recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a three day weekend and will Never return to it again. I frequently go to Orlando, and have never complained about any of the hotels but I can't let this one go. The pool was soooooo dirty! It had leaves, dirt, dead bugs! I was not able to go into it, let alone have my two year old go in it! The only people in the pool were teens and pre-teens, probably because they don't know any better! I feel that the pool is the one place of the hotel that makes you feel like your on a vacation, and I was truly upset that this pool looked like an abandoned motel pool! I had to go as far as taking my family to one of the hotels I previously stayed at just so that the kids could play and enjoy themselves in a nice CLEAN pool!
