I took a quick trip to LA for a friend's birthday party..but Philly to LA is too long of a trip to have to call for the "complimentary shuttle" (when other hotels with the same service run their's continuously; then get to a hotel that supposed to have a sleep number bed and flat screen TV, and neither are working properly. The people that I encountered were pleasant and accomodating, but the service was poor. The technician that came to my room regarding the TV swas pleasant. He said it needed to be "reprogrammed by our IT guy." As a result, when he left I was able to finally change the channel, but if I were to turn the TV off, he'd have to come back and reset it again. ugggh. Needless to say, I just never turned it off until I checked out the next day. The sleep number bed simply was not working. It was very late by the time I retired to bed, but I was looking forward to that experience. I told the front desk people. They simply said plesantly, "Sorry for the inconvenience."(....guess they're used to having to say that). Those two things plus a horribly outdated room with worn furniture and stained curtains, and housekeeping's failure to clean out the guy's stuff who stayed before me; Disappointedly, I won't stay there again....

I stayed here in late December 2012.I had to go downstairs to the bar & pay $7.50 for a beer to watch football. Also, one of the main reasons I picked this hotel,is that they have sleep number beds & that's what I have at home.Go figure I, got one of the few rooms, according to the staff, that doesn't have a sleep number bed.

The Radisson is okay if you don't mind paying 25.00/day on valet parking. It is in a great location from the airport and to the rental car locations. Had a blast but am looking at alternatives to the Radisson to reduce cost on the parking.

This hotel is very LAX-convenient as it literally sits at the end of the runway(s) but double windows block the jet noise. I booked the place on the same day due to a terrific price but then discovered it costs $25 to park your car. Quick savings evaporation! If you are cool with this charge, clean rooms and sleep number beds are great. I downgraded Service rating since there was only one person checking quests in and the line was long. Did I mention 25 bucks + tip to park a car!
