I would definitely stay here again! The entire resort is amazing. Our condo was perfect for our family of 5 and we enjoyed it all. Pool was close and very nice, restaurants good and all staff friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

The grounds are beautiful. Loved having pools to select from. The fitness equipment is top if the line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was with housekeeping. They cleaned the room late in the day and not well. One day we found them sitting on the couch watching tv. And they didn't get up when they saw we had entered the room. But they were pleasant and courteous and gave us something to chuckle about. Only place I will want to stay when in Orlando.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton except we were supposed to get a care package for some discounts which were never delivered. The staff were so professional and courteous including Cynthia and Deritza the security attendant at the gate. The rooms were awesome and cozy. We stayed in the Fountains area and the pools were fantastic. Overall great stay and highly recommend it.

Stayed for 10 days in February and loved this resort. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed! Close to everything and plenty to do on the property as well! Would definately stay here again. Timeshare salespeople left a message for us if we were interested, which we were not, so we were not bothered by this.

Timeshare salespeople left us a message in our room about an information session which we were not interested in, so we were not bothered about it.
