From the very start, everything was very professional and friendly. The room/resort was beautiful, people were very friendly and helpful and everything was very accessible. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and our experience exceeded our expectations. The next time I go back to Orlando, we're going to stay at the same place. (Lake Buena Vista Resorts).

Very disappointed in service. My wife got a needle in her foot from our room, they only offered an apology. Front desk got us a shuttle to the airport on our departure and when we got to the airport he told us it was a flat charge of $50.00 which we weren't aware of that. The shuttle was $12.00 more than the taxi we took from the airport to get to the hotel when we arrived.

I was a bit nervous about staying here after reading some of the other reviews. But it was nice and spacious, especially for the price. They do not supply shampoo and such, so you do need to pack those. Also, not all of the rooms have jacuzzi tubs, so make sure you request it at check in of you want one - we had to switch rooms and ended up in a newer apt. that was much nicer. Overall, though, even te older apt. was nice.

We ended up with a 2 bedroom suite that easily slept the 4 of us, with kitchen, living room, and 2 full baths, and a small washer/dryer. We loved all the space. Room was very clean, a/c worked well. On the negative, the pool was filthy, and we got roped into a timeshare presentation and they wouldn't let us leave for hours. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Next time, I will pass on the ""free"" lunch. They also messed up on our Universal Studios tickets--check to be sure you are getting what you paid for.
