this was a great value there was plenty of room, the rooms were clean and very comfortable however it is so enormous that it is impossible to get around the property. Restaurants close early so we were never able to eat there after the parks

Loved, loved, loved this hotel, our two bedroom suite was beautiful! more than enough room for the six of us, 2 gorgeous bathrooms, kitchen with everything you could need. There was very little noise that carried from above or below us and the washer and dryer came in really handy! The security of the hotel is fantastic and we really had no worries about leaving stuff in our suite, although we used the safe provided for our electronics. The market was handy to pick up snack needs, water etc and it was very convenient to have the food court on site, our trip was only 6 full days so we had no time to enjoy the pools the hotel offers but if they compared with everything else we did experience I'm sure they're fantastic. We did not use the shuttle the hotel offers as we rented a vehicle while we were there, the location of the hotel is very central to the attractions and driving and directions were a breeze. We are already talking about our return trip, we plan to stay longer this time but we are absolutely staying at the Sheraton Vistana resort again!

Stayed for a week (Fri - Fri) for a family vacation in the Cascades area. The villas are all well laid out and all have a very functional kitchen. Its location with respect to the Disney theme parks is very good; with the furthest trip, being Animal Kingdom, only 12 -15 minutes. Also, the Publix supermarket is only 5 minutes away. I found the staff to be quite nice and the grounds to be relaxing. The down sides: It feels a little bit old, in spite of a renovation over the past year. Carpet in the rooms doesn't look vibrant and the grounds (including pools) just need some freshening up. Other similar resorts, in which I've stayed, left coffee filters, dish soap & sponges for the guest staying for the week. Vistana didn't. Small issue; but, one more thing to remember at the market. Finally, the mantra of the Sheraton staff is "sell - sell - sell". From check-in to check-out, they push ownership, poolside massage, sun screen. It was just more agressive than what I'd care to experience.

Loved the rooms and the friendly staff. Could not have asked for more in a room. Only complaint is the last three days we were there, the maid service showed up late in the afternoon when we were in the room and we did not want to have them cleaning while there. They also cleaned the room above us at 10:30 at night one time which kept us awake for an hour.
