    We stayed for 4 nights/5 days. The room 2 bedroom villa was very large and very beautiful. The pool in our villa was excellent also. I am 23 years of age so I wasnt roped into the whole timeshare presentation however we had messages from a gentleman who worked at the front desk. He was able to give us a care package with coupons and such. Overall we had a great time. We were able to get a great deal for the room we got and I would definitely come back to this location. A+

    We went to the presentation concerning their Vacation Packages and everything was going great until we said we were not interested. The young man presenting then became extremely hostile. He accused us of lying and XXX the next day was trying to make the young man that scheduled the presentation responsible for us not being interested. I called management and filed a complaint but they were not interested in listening. They totally ignored me. I do not care how much they offer you DO NOT GO ON THIS PRESENTATION!
    Also,do not bother paying extra for daily housekeeping because all they do is dump some towels in your room.
    The location is great and the rooms are large so if you can avoid the presentation you will enjoy your stay.

    I chose the hotel because of the Sheraton name, but I was disappointed with the quality of the room that they offer. We had several challenges that tainted my experience: maid left all the towels in a pile in the bedroom after cleaning, remote controls didn't work or were missing, the wireless never worked during the entire stay, the rooms weren't as clean as newer hotels. When I brought up the quality of my stay upon check-out, the staff said that hopefully the next stay would be better - not the service that I would expect from the Sheraton.

    The one-bedroom villa/suite was very large! Great for a small family (2-4 people). The kitchen in the villa was adequate and the jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice surprise.

    The staff was not very welcoming and the lines for retrieving from a safety deposit box were unacceptable.
    Also, we received 1 phone call and one phone message prior to 8:30am on our first morning from the staff, hawking their timeshare "vacation package" option.

    I encounter a major problem when my guest and I arrived to the resort at 4pm checked into our suite. When we got to suite #436, the room wasn't clean and it was located in the oldest section of the resort I wasn't expecting, after reserving online and viewing the pictures. I immediately contacted the mangr (XXX) and very pleased with the outcome. Not only did he put us in the newest section of the resort, he also gave us a $* credit for our inconvience to use towards any items on the resort.
