The fantastic, dedicated staff at this Hyatt deserve a lot of credit for top performance, courtesy and warmth in a property that is in dire need of TLC. Hotel mgmt should be very proud; corp mgmt has some s'plaining to do. Special kudos to director of event mgmt and his excellent personnel.

Ok first off me and my family got a discount with my grandmothers time share. We almost missed the entrance when we were getting off the interstate now i know that there is nothing they can do about that but i just want to warn whoever goes there. When we went the valet had a sign that they were full. There is no parking for the Hyatt except for the valet and the parking garage which you have to pay for every time you go in. And the valet was expensive as well. The room was fine nothing special. it is hard to find if you leave, you will have to go around the block just to get to the front of the hotel from the garage. I was there for my mothers graduation which was in the knight center that is connected to the Hyatt, i was very disturbed when i saw a mouse running threw an isle. I freaked out. I will never go back no matter how nice the staff was it is not worth it.

Nice room, clean, comfy bed but no free breakfast, no shuttle to the Port of Miami, no shuttle to/from airport. I would have paid a little extra to get these services. Rooms were only slightly less expensive than many other hotel chains that offered these perks. Light rail services was nearby and allowed some access to nearby attractions, but needed taxi to get anywhere else.

This was a great hotel to stay in! It's in walking distance from Bayside Shopping Center and minutes away from the Port of Miami. The only thing I didn't like was you have to pay $22.00 a day for parking and you have to park a mile away! Or the hotel could park your car for $40.00 a day! Your chose!
