Staff was very helpful. Free parking a big plus. Easy drive into coconut grove area but not that close where you could walk. Very clean. Breakfast buffet better than most I've seen. Restaurants close by. Overall was a very positive stay.

Check in was slow by indifferent staff. After asking for service, staff was quite rude and could not be bothered with questions. Room smelled like old wet dirty gym socks covered with cheap room freshner. The hotel is showing it's age in rooms and lobby.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice, I particularly thought that the beds were very comfortable and the bathroomwas well appointed. My stay was interrupted by my grandson's illness and the staff at web and Hampton Inn facilitated my early checkout and refund of the one night that I had to miss. in addition to the parking in the Inn's lot, they had underground parking but my Toyota Tundra would not fit under the 6' 2" bar. One night, i returned late and there was no parking in the lot except for handicapped spots but the night clerk gave me a sticker to park there for the night saving me a lot of trouble. I would definitely stay there again!!

Hotel was great!!! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had numerous hot and cold options. Location was extremely advantageous for us. Gated underground parking was a bonus.
