  The room smelled very musty. Had to get help to open window but was told to close it soon so bugs would not come in. Never offer to spay or change room. Food service was limited and expensive.

  Only thing I can say that you might want to know is that the entance is very hard to find even with my GPS. Turn where it tells you to turn and you are on the Interstate again. Took us three trys to get it right. Desk told us they hear about it every day. For this area I would think the price is in line and worth trying to find.

  The location of the hotel is ideal for the traveller but the accolades end there. The staff, although friendly made no mention that there is a surcharge for parking that amounts to the cost of a meal a day. Secondly, although the WiFi network at the hotel is supposed to be free you have to pay a fee if you use it which negates the whole concept of being on the house. I think management is at fault for having untrained people who do not recognize that hidden fees like parking and internet should be made clear upon checkin, not on your last day when you see the fees assessed while you were sleeping. Would recommend the other Hilton on exit away because at least there you do get what you pay for and service is truly complimentary, not complementary!

  The hotel seemed really old. It could use some updating. I didn't feel like I was at a Hilton. The restaurant was too expensive and they had old tube TVs in the rooms. The staff was nice.
