  I have stayed in Embassey Suites in other cities and they were much nicer. The beds were very comfortable. Other furniture was very worn and outdated---just not what I expect for this caliber hotel. Had to stand in line for a long time for free Happy Hour drinks. Breakfast was cold by the time we got through that long line.

  We stayed at this hotel on a lay over from St. Kitts. Staff were very nice and accommodating in all areas of the hotel--front desk, restaurant, gift shop. For example, instead of a dressing, I always ask for lemons for my salad then am left to often pick out seeds and mess with squeezing the lemons at my table. The chef tossed my salad in fresh lemon juice. It's not a big thing, but it is the little things that count, isn't it? The lobby is very unusual in decor, in an eclectic way. Perhaps it was because we came from St. Kitts were much time was spent at/on the ocean, but my only complaint was that the lobby was noisy. This was an issue because their restaurant was open to the lobby. Rushing water, music, and voices bouncing off hard surfaces gave me sensory overload. I would have preferred a quiet dinner. The shuttle service was very nice, as well as the location to the airport.
